1 Man Killed, 2 Injured in Collision, Police Say
A motorist was killed and his passenger and the driver of another vehicle were critically injured in a crash early Friday that may have involved running a red light, Buena Park police said.
Investigators said Change Lee, 21, of Fullerton died and his passenger, Hee Lee, 20, of La Mirada suffered multiple injuries when their car was broadsided at Valley View Street and Crescent Avenue by a sedan driven by Lorenzo Gutierrez, 31, of Pico Rivera about 3:30 a.m.
Police said one car apparently ran a red light, but it was unclear which one.
