2 Men Arrested in Apartment Shooting
Two men were being held while sheriff’s deputies investigate their possible roles in a Sunday morning shooting at a Mission Viejo apartment complex.
A man and a woman in their late 20s were in critical condition with gunshot wounds at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo, authorities said.
They were shot about 7 a.m. in the 21000 block of Marguerite Parkway at the Vista del Lago Apartments, said Orange County Sheriff’s Lt. Erin Giudice.
Police found the suspects hiding less than a mile from the scene, Giudice said.
