McGrady Returns in Win

Sidelined since Nov. 18 by a back injury, Tracy McGrady returned Tuesday night to score 25 points and the Rockets stopped a seven-game losing streak with a 100-85 win over the Atlanta Hawks at Houston.

Houston lost all eight games McGrady sat out after he strained his back in practice on Nov. 4.

Yao Ming also scored 25 for Houston, which reached 100 points for the first time this season.

Milwaukee 113, Dallas 111 -- Rookie Andrew Bogut had a career-high 19 points, made two free throws with 20 seconds left in overtime and blocked Jason Terry’s potential game-tying shot at the buzzer at Milwaukee to help the Bucks end the Mavericks’ winning streak at four.

Terry had 37 points for Dallas.

Philadelphia 107, Portland 83 -- Allen Iverson finished with 38 points at Philadelphia to give Coach Maurice Cheeks a victory in his first game against his former team.

Chicago 85, Orlando 76 -- Kirk Hinrich scored 20 points and tied a career-high with 14 assists at Chicago to help the Bulls win their fourth in a row while ending the Magic’s four-game win streak.

Indiana 84, Utah 60 -- Jermaine O’Neal had 21 points and 15 rebounds at Salt Lake City and the Pacers held the Jazz to its fewest points at home.

Utah had 62 in a loss to New York on Nov. 14.

Sacramento 110, Charlotte 92 -- Mike Bibby had 25 points on nine-of-11 shooting at Sacramento to help the Kings reach the .500 mark for the first time this season with their third straight victory.
