Legalities illogical
The new driving restrictions placed on teenagers (Jan. 1) seem extremely hypocritical. One side says that you’re too immature to drive until you’re 18. The other side says that if you commit a crime before you are 18, you will probably be tried as an adult. I am very confused as to the logic of this. A teenager is incapable yet culpable?
