Woman’s Body Dumped Near the 710 Freeway
Police are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found dumped Saturday morning near the 710 Freeway.
A transient discovered the body at 7:30 a.m. on the northbound side of the freeway, north of the Pacific Coast Highway overpass, said Nancy Pratt, a police spokeswoman. The case is considered a possible homicide.
“We believe that the body was dumped there sometime between 11 p.m. [Friday] and 7:30 a.m.,” she said. Police are asking anyone who may have seen anything suspicious near that part of the 710 Freeway during those hours to call (562) 570-7244.
