Those who haven’t registered to vote can still do so, through Oct. 23. An online voter registration form is available at www.ss.ca.gov. Those who wish to vote by absentee ballot must submit a written request for a ballot no later than seven days before election day. A complete and signed application should be sent to the registrar-recorder. An electronic absentee ballot request form is available at www.lavote.net.
