Outfoxing viewers
Not even Tommy Lasorda’s clever ads for the postseason on Fox can get me to watch. Aside from the dismal matchups, the Fox telecast graphics, sound effects, and noise level make it unwatchable for anyone over 12 years of age.
On second thought, a reprise of the 1968 Tigers-Cardinals World Series would be worth watching, but only if they invite Jose Feliciano back to sing the national anthem, as an apology for the poor reception he received 38 years ago.
