The Miami Dolphins may own the worst record in the NFL, but it is the Baltimore Ravens who have not been able to get it done against the spread this season.

While Miami is 1-13 overall, the Dolphins own a respectable 4-7-3 record against the spread. It’s a different story for the 4-10 Ravens, who are 2-12 against the spread.

The Dolphins will be under the spotlight today when they travel to play undefeated New England. The Patriots, 14-0 overall and 10-4 against the spread, opened the week as 20-point favorites but that line climbed to 22 points by Saturday night.

Should New England supporters be worried? Maybe.

Miami is 5-0 against the spread in its last five games as an underdog of 10 1/2 points or more, and the Dolphins are 5-1 against the spread in their last six road games against a team with a winning home record.

For the Ravens, their challenge today will be at Seattle where they are listed as 11-point underdogs against the Seahawks, who are 9-5 overall and 8-6 against the spread.

Baltimore is 1-4 against the spread in its last five games against a team with a winning record and 3-13 against the spread in its last 16 games overall. Seattle is 4-0 against the spread in its last four home games.

According to Wagerline.com, the Seahawks have received 56.11% of the bets against the spread this week.
