But then Mehmet Okur (23 points, nine rebounds) and Deron Williams (17 points, 11 assists) got things going. Utah Coach Jerry Sloan was ejected after he picked up two technical fouls 33 seconds apart early in the fourth quarter.

at Philadelphia 93, Milwaukee 88: Lou Williams matched his career high with 25 points and the 76ers overcame the loss of Elton Brand, who dislocated his right shoulder with 7:23 left in the third quarter after landing on Milwaukee’s Luc Richard Mbah a Moute.

at Indiana 127, Golden State 120: Danny Granger scored 17 of his 41 points in the fourth quarter to help the Pacers outscore the Warriors. Granger also had 11 rebounds and six assists, and made all 17 of his free throws.

Dallas 96, at Toronto 86: Dirk Nowitzki had 27 points and 10 rebounds, Jason Terry also had 27 points and Josh Howard added 20 for the Mavericks in his first start since Nov. 18. The Raptors eventually cooled down after making 16 of their first 24 shots.

at Detroit 88, Washington 74: The Pistons gave up only three field goals in the final nine minutes to put away the Wizards for their third win in a row. Allen Iverson led Detroit with 28 points and Rodney Stuckey had 18 points and 11 assists.

Cleveland 93, at Minnesota 70: The Cavaliers (21-4) got back to winning and the Timberwolves (4-21) continued losing, dropping their 11th in a row. Cleveland, rebounding from a loss to Atlanta, was led by LeBron James’ 32 points.

at New Orleans 90, San Antonio 83: David West made a couple of big three-point shots on his way to 21 points and Chris Paul set an NBA record by getting a steal in his 106th consecutive game. The Hornets outscored the Spurs, 27-13, in the fourth quarter. New Orleans’ Peja Stojakovic didn’t play because of back spasms.

at Chicago 115, Clippers 109 (overtime): Marcus Camby had 27 rebounds and Zach Randolph scored 30 points, but the Bulls ended L.A.’s winning streak at three games.
