Driver shot, hurt on 91 Freeway
A man driving west on the 91 Freeway early Sunday was shot and wounded, and his vehicle crashed into bushes off the road.
He was driving an older model red Ford LTD. The shooting occurred just west of the 110 Freeway about 2:30 a.m, authorities said. The man, whose identity was not released, was taken to a hospital and was in stable condition with a gunshot wound to the left shoulder, Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies said.
Police do not know what provoked the shooting.
