“Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.” ArcLight Cinemas in Sherman Oaks is hosting a tribute to the films of the late Paul Newman. Parents, there’s good reason to talk about:

“The Cosby Show.” The special 25th anniversary boxed set comes with an excellent “Cliff’s Parenting Tips” feature. Remember the first episode’s classic lesson in tough love? Dad’s reply? “That’s the dumbest thing I ever heard in my life!” (Available now)

Hot and bothered Usher fans can talk about:

His L.A. performance at Club Nokia is being billed as a “ladies only” event (although ticket-holding gentlemen won’t be turned away). But why try to exclude the fellas? Because the married father of one is out to prove he’s still a sex symbol, telling the Associated Press, “The ladies like to see that masculine build. They question if I still got it.” Especially when there’s Chris Brown, 11 years his junior, hogging the charts.(Wednesday)
