Man, 72, arrested in wife’s killing
A 72-year-old resident of the Westlake district was in custody after allegedly stabbing his 69-year-old wife to death early Sunday, police said.
Los Angeles Police Officer Marjan Mobasser said the man stabbed his wife “multiple times” about 7 a.m. in their apartment in the 300 block of South Commonwealth Avenue.
Mobasser said the woman was pronounced dead when paramedics arrived.
