AT NEW JERSEY

Time: 4 PST.

On the air: TV: FS West. Radio: 1150.

Where: Prudential Center.

Records: Kings 22-21-7, Devils 33-16-3.

Record vs. Devils: 0-1-0.

Update: The Kings have won five of their last six games, suddenly uncovering some offensive skills to score 22 goals in that span. Instead of flying or taking a bus, they traveled by train from Washington to New Jersey. This will be their first visit to the Devils’ new arena. They last won in New Jersey on Jan. 7, 2002 but have played only two games there since. Forward Oscar Moller continues to skate and take contact in practice, but he’s not expected to return today. The Devils were expected to fall apart after they lost goaltender Martin Brodeur to an arm injury early in the season, but Scott Clemmensen has filled in well. Kevin Weekes was in goal when the Devils beat the Kings, 5-1, at Staples Center on Jan. 10.
