Station fire: A headline on an article in the Sept. 6 California section about the cost of the Station wildfire said the bulk of the bill probably would be paid by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. About 80% to 90% of the cost will be absorbed by the U.S. Forest Service. Grants administered by FEMA will be available to local and state agencies for a portion of the remaining costs.
