Hall completed 24 of 32 passes for 309 yards, with two touchdowns and one interception before leaving the game in the fourth quarter. BYU had 527 yards of total offense, including 209 on the ground.

at Southern Mississippi 26, Central Florida 19: Austin Davis threw for 253 yards and a touchdown to lead the Golden Eagles (2-0, 1-0) over the Golden Knights (1-1, 0-1) in a C-USA game.
