Hollywood holiday party report

You might be used to Jane from accounting passing out in the supply room or Phil from marketing making photocopies of his naughty bits at the standard office holiday bash. Now replace them with A-list talent and Hollywood executives responsible for blockbuster films and television shows, and you’re talking about a party. Allow us to spread some holiday cheer from the soirees that have, and have yet, to do down for show biz folk.

Fox Searchlight: On Dec. 1, the arty imprint hosted staff, media friends and celebs from their stable at the Thompson Beverly Hills. The rooftop deck offered views of the Hollywood Hills as well as views of Jake Gyllenhaal, Anne Hathaway, Hilary Swank and “The Social Network” breakout Andrew Garfield.

Paramount: The suits at P-mount held an intimate gathering for top brass and specifically the cast of their awards offering, “The Fighter,” on Dec. 7. At the swanky Sunset Tower Hotel, Amy Adams and Mark Wahlberg with wife Rhea Durham came to ring in the season.

Summit: The studio behind the juggernaut “Twilight Saga” will celebrate a record year at guilty pleasure restaurant Wokano. Staff and execs will dine on the popular Asian fusion fare, and might see appearances from the casts of “Fair Game” and “Red.”

Relativity Media: Biz phenom Ryan Kavanaugh will host friends and press for a reception with partner Tucker Tooley. The production company launched titles like “The Social Network,” “Battle: Los Angeles,” and “Little Fockers.” Word has it that his Art of Elysium pals such as Eva Mendes might drop by as well.

ICM: The talent agency is taking a bit of a different direction this year, with suits hosting a dark and sexy soiree at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel’s club space Teddy’s on Dec. 14. Not the typical spot for agents whooping it up, but their talent roster includes Megan Fox, Michael Cera and Susan Sarandon. And you can’t necessarily treat those names to a night at the Elks Lodge.
