Jason Clarke, who plays a CIA interrogator in “Zero Dark Thirty,” might have needed a Zoloft while walking the Golden Globes red carpet Sunday.

The academy’s shutout of the film’s Kathryn Bigelow in the Oscars’ director category still had Clarke in a sad state.

“I was depressed about it,” the 43-year-old actor said. “I told her what she told me, ‘Our reward was making the film’ ... She’s already got one, but it would have been nice for her to be recognized again.”

(Bigelow actually has two Oscars on her shelf for “The Hurt Locker,” plus this year’s Globe nomination in her pocket.)

One thing that had Clarke’s frown turned upside-down was news that “Zero Dark Thirty,” now in wide release, earned the top spot at the weekend box office with a $24-million take.

“It’s a very good place to be,” Clarke said.
