This post has been updated, as detailed below.

Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of the late Whitney Houston, has married Nick Gordon -- or so she says on Twitter.

Brown on Thursday tweeted a picture of her and Gordon’s hands, showing what appear to be wedding bands. Brown’s engagement diamond has been enhanced with two diamond-studded bands, while Gordon wears a simple bronze-colored band.

“@nickdgordon #HappilyMarried SO#Inlove if you didn’t get it the first time that is..” she tweeted, decking out the message with emojis of a ring, a diamond, several thumbs-up, a heart and more. “Yerp!” reads a sticker in the picture.

The status of Brown and Gordon’s relationship has been a matter of some debate for a while now. Nick, of course, was Whitney’s never-adopted-officially “son,” and grew up with Bobbi Kristina from when he was age 12, which made their budding romantic relationship a bit uncomfortable for some.

In an October 2012 teaser for “The Houstons: On Our Own,” the two announced their engagement, which didn’t seem to please the family. The engagement was called off a month later.

But then, come July of last year, it was back on.

“YES, we me nick are engaged,” Bobbi Kristina wrote on Facebook at the time. “I’m tired of hearing people say ‘eww your engaged to your brother or if Whitney was still alive would we be together or would she approve of this.’”

In November of last year, Brown referred to Gordon as “my hubby” in a tweet, sparking speculation that the two had secretly wed. However, E! News reported, a rep soon clarified that they two hadn’t officially exchanged vows.

So is it real now? Only time -- and perhaps a few official words from one of their reps -- will tell if they’re legally wed. We’ll keep you updated.

[Updated, 6:04 p.m. Jan. 10: The marriage is a done deal, a rep confirms to Gossip Cop. Bobbi Kristina also had a couple of tweets in the late afternoon commenting on the day’s stories.

“Don’t think 4 a sec that a ceremony isn’t in store this year ...!? they’re will be a wedding & a gorgeous1at that (: #nomoredetailstho!,” she tweeted, following up with, “Nothing is ever official until it’s done under the eyes of god . @nickdgordon much love !”]
