Sam Smith continues his breakout year. The artist has unveiled another round of headlining tour dates.

The 22-year-old British soul sensation, who just impressed with a two-night stint at the Greek, announced a new run of shows that will take him to arenas for the first time.

Smith’s 16-date arena and theater tour will launch Jan. 9 in Atlanta and wrap Feb. 4 in Vancouver, Canada – just in time for the Grammys, where he’s a clear newcomer to watch.

The tour will make a stop at the Forum on Jan. 30.

“It’s been my dream to play some of these venues,” Smith said in a statement. “I’m so appreciative of how American audiences have embraced my music. I’m thrilled to come back to the U.S. again. This is starting to feel like home!”

Smith’s critically lauded debut, “In the Lonely Hour,” has sold more than 655,000 copies to date, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Released in early summer, the album reentered the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart this week.

Tickets will go on sale to the public on Oct. 24 and will range from $39.50 and $85, not including surcharges.
