Take Me Out: In the season finale a chef, a tattoo artist and a paramedic try to impress single women (8 p.m. Fox).

Trip Flip: In each episode of this series, comedian and travel buff Bert Kreischer surprises two people at a popular tourist destination and offers them a deal: If they throw away their itineraries and let him plan their vacation, he’ll send them off the beaten path on an unforgettable adventure, all expenses paid. In this new episode, two tourists in Cancun enjoy cave rappelling, Mexican wrestling and Ferrari driving (9 p.m. Travel).

Anger Management: Charlie (Charlie Sheen) secretly dates a brilliant coffee-shop barista (Kristen Renton) who is a patient of Kate’s (Selma Blair), in this new episode (9:30 p.m. FX).

3: This new dating series takes three single women of different ages and backgrounds and has them join forces as they search for true love from a field of 100 men (10 p.m. CBS).

Rock Center With Brian Williams: The news magazine features an interview Danny Boyle, opening ceremony director for the London Olympic Games and a visit with John Williams (10 p.m. NBC).

Rookie Blue: When several women working as high-end escorts go missing, Gail (Charlotte Sullivan) is assigned to pose as one for an undercover sting operation, but Dov and Chris (Gregory Smith, Travis Milne) follow another lead in the investigation and find one of the missing women dead. Missy Peregrym and Enuka Okuma also star in this new episode (10 p.m. ABC).

Chef Wanted With Anne Burrell: In this new episode, Anne brings in four candidates to try out for the head chef’s job at Met Back Bay, a 200-seat restaurant in Boston (10 p.m. Food).

Sullivan & Son: During a party for the bar’s 50th anniversary, Steve and Melanie (Steve Byrne, Valerie Azlynn) uncover a secret about the place’s origins in this new episode (10 p.m. TBS).

Louie: Louie (Louis C.K.) goes on a date (10:30 p.m. FX).
