Grimm: Adalind (Claire Coffee) is back in town looking to avenge her mother’s death, and her targets are Nick (David Giuntoli) and those close to him — Hank and Juliette (Russell Hornsby, Bitsie Tulloch) in particular. Sasha Roiz and Silas Weir Mitchell also star in this new episode (9 p.m. NBC).

Ghost Adventures: Poet Robinson Jeffers, who died in 1962, predicted that 50 years after his death he would make contact with the living. This new episode visits Jeffers’ home (9 p.m. Travel).

The Mind of a Chef: Chef Christina Tosi is featured (10 p.m. KOCE) and chef René Redzepi in a second new episode at 10:30.

Hunted: Sam (Melissa George) awakens in her hospital room and sees a familiar face in this new episode (10 p.m. Cinemax).

We Will Always Love You: A Grammy Salute to Whitney Houston: Jennifer Hudson, Celine Dion, Usher, Yolanda Adams and CeCe Winans are among the stars paying tribute to Houston, who died in February, in this special taped last month in Los Angeles (10 p.m. CBS).
