The Twilight Zone: KTLA’s annual marathon alternates episodes of the mind-bending anthology series (9, 9:30, 11 and 11:30 a.m.; 1, 1:30, 3, 3:30, 5 and 5:30 p.m.) with episodes of the sci-fi series “The Outer Limits” (10 a.m., noon, 2 and 4 p.m.).

Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade: Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie and Al Roker host coverage of the 84th annual event in New York City (9 a.m. and 2 p.m. NBC).

The National Dog Show: Canines compete for the title of “best in show’ at the annual event in Philadelphia, hosted by John O’Hurley and David Frei (noon NBC).

The Thanksgiving Day Parade on CBS: Kevin Frazier and Brooke Anderson present highlights from the big event in New York City (1 p.m. CBS).


The Spirit of Christmas: Natalie Cole, James Ingram, Al Jarreau, Brian McKnight and Jeffrey Osborne are among the featured performers in this encore holiday special (9 p.m. KCAL).

Winged Seduction: Birds of Paradise: The efforts of an ornithologist and a photographer to document the 39 known species of the tropical bird are detailed in this new special (10 p.m. National Geographic).


Cheaper by the Dozen: Turner Classic Movies’ daylong slate of family-friendly films includes this 1950 comedy starring Clifton Webb and Myrna Loy (5 p.m. TCM).

Michael Jackson: Bad 25: The late singer’s hit 1987 album is recalled in this documentary from Spike Lee (9:30 p.m. ABC).
