Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars: Paula Abdul serves as guest judge in this new episode (8 p.m. ABC).

Nick News With Linda Ellerbee: The new episode “Kids Pick the President: The Candidates,” which has featured appearances by Presidential candidates since 1992, will feature President Barack Obama answering kid’s questions, but not Republican nominee Mitt Romney, who chose not to participate (8 p.m. Nickelodeon).

Major Crimes: When a sniper strikes at a ceremony, turning what was supposed to be a peaceful event into a deadly one, Major Crimes and the FBI join forces to track down the shooter. Mary McDonnell, G.W. Bailey, Tony Denison and Michael Paul Chan star in this new episode (9 p.m. TNT).

Hawaii Five-0: As the Five-0 team investigates the grisly death of a polo player, McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin) is surprised by a visit from his mother (Christine Lahti) in this new episode. Scott Caan, Daniel Dae Kim, Grace Park, Masi Oka and Michelle Borth also star (10 p.m. CBS).

Revolution: Miles (Billy Burke) is close to locating Neville (Giancarlo Esposito) in this new episode (10 p.m. NBC).
