Frontline: The new episode “The Untouchables” reveals that Wall Street executives avoided prosecution for fraudulent practices leading to the financial meltdown (10 p.m. KOCE).

Justified: The widow of a mysterious figure in the center of the mystery Raylan (Timothy Olyphant) is investigating turns up in this new episode (10 p.m. FX).

White Collar: Peter and Neal (Tim DeKay, Matt Bomer) attempt to find the truth behind Neal’s father’s (Treat Williams) crime as the drama returns with new episodes (10 p.m. USA).
