Scorpion The team reunites just in time to try to avert a disaster — a nuclear-fueled Russian satellite heading toward Southern California —in the second-season premiere. Katharine McPhee also stars in the season premiere. 9 p.m. CBS

Minority Report Stark Sands, Meagan Good and Laura Regan play “precogs” — people who can see the future and, in their cases, use their gift to help police detect crimes before they happen in this new series based on the movie. 9 p.m. Fox
