Fashion Police Loose-cannon comic Kathy Griffin takes over as host with this post-mortem of celebrity style at Sunday’s 2015 Golden Globe Awards. Griffin is joined by new stylist Brad Goreski and returning panelists Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic. 9 p.m. E!

Major Crimes The division works to stop a serial killer who has been targeting female sex workers in the two-episode season finale. 9 and 10 p.m. TNT

Bizarre Foods With Andrew Zimmern This new episode visits Los Angeles, where the host finds spleen soup and the country’s hottest hot sauce. 9 p.m. Travel

State of Affairs Charlie (Katherine Heigl) and her colleagues try to find Jack Dawkins (Derek Ray) after his abduction by revolutionaries, in this new episode. Sheila Vand and Alfre Woodard also star. 10 p.m. NBC

Castle In this new episode Castle (Nathan Fillion) is ordered to stay out of Beckett’s (Stana Katic) cases, so he gets a private-detective license, and then just happens to turn up at the scene of a crime she’s investigating. Heather McComb guest stars. 10 p.m. ABC

Independent Lens Spike Lee is the executive producer of the new documentary “Evolution of a Criminal,” which examines what happens when an ex-convict returns to his Texas hometown after serving time for a bank robbery he committed as a teenager. 10 p.m. KOCE

Friends to Lovers? This new series explores the risk that several sets of close friends take when they declare their love and decide to see whether they can make things work as a couple. 10 p.m. Bravo
