The Paley Center for Media is once again holding its annual PaleyFestPreviews -- a series of public screenings and panels highlighting the best of what television has to offer for the fall.

In its ninth year, the week-long festival (which also hosts two days in New York City) will feature eight panels and 23 screenings of hotly anticipated new shows including: on CBS, “We Are Men,” “Mom,” “The Millers,” “The Crazy Ones” and “Hostages”; on the CW: “The Tomorrow People,” “Reign” and “The Originals”; on Fox, “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” “Sleepy Hollow,” “Dads,” “Almost Human” and “Enlisted”; on ABC, “The Goldbergs,” “Back in the Game,” “Trophy Wife,” “Super Fun Night” and “Lucky 7”; and on NBC, “Ironside,” “Sean Saves the World,” “Welcome to the Family,” “The Michael J. Fox Show” and “The Blacklist.”

In Beverly Hills, panels will allow fans to meet the casts and creators of their favorite shows. If you can’t make it to the panels, they will be streamed live at paleycenter.org/live. You can submit questions on Twitter to @paleycenter using the hash tag #PaleyFest.

A highlight of the event is a special program called “Fall Farewell,” which will serve as a tribute to the Showtime smash hit “Dexter.” (The show is currently pushing through its eighth and final season.) Members of the cast and creative team will be on hand to field audience questions and commiserate with fans over the thought of never being able to tune into new episodes again.

Also of interest is a second special program called “Fall Flashback,” which pays homage to “China Beach,” the television show set in an evacuation hospital during the Vietnam War, 25 years after it initially aired. Members of the cast and crew will reunite for the warm tribute.

PaleyFestPreviews will take place Sept. 6 through Sept. 13 at the Paley Center for Media, 465 N. Beverly Drive, Beverly Hills. Times and ticket prices vary.
