Celebratory Fare The Food channel devotes the morning to entertaining for the holidays and other occasions. Up first, Ree Drummond looks at “Christmas Goodies” in a new “The Pioneer Woman” (10). Then Nancy Fuller celebrates with a Christmas Eve on “Farmhouse Rules” (10:30). Duff Goldman makes gingerbread cookies and eggnog on “The Kitchen.” (11). Then, at noon, “Patricia Heaton Parties” ends its season, and at 12:30 p.m. “Valerie’s Home Cooking” features a holiday buffet.

Da Vinci’s Demons A former nemesis returns to Florence and mounts an opposition to the Pope’s (James Faulkner) efforts, while Leo (Tom Riley) tries to decipher the markings on the Turkish armor. 8 and 10 p.m. Starz

Doctor Who Struggling with the Time Lords takes the Doctor (Peter Capaldi) to the end of time. 9 p.m. BBC America

Ash vs. Evil Dead Ash’s (Bruce Campbell) drug-induced vision shows him what to do with the Necronomicon in this new episode. 9 and 9:30 p.m. Starz

Just in Time for Christmas A young psychology professor (Eloise Mumford) must choose between marrying her longtime beau (Michael Stahl-David), who owns a coffee shop in their hometown, or accept a great job at an Ivy League college thousands of miles away.
