Fritzi Dog, Neal Fraser's hot dog stall at the Farmers Market, is celebrating National Corn Dog Day today with two mini-corn dogs for $1. The dogs are made from humanely raised, antibiotic-free, veg-fed meat with no added nitrates. They are coated in Fraser's own batter recipe then fried. You can get a corn dog with any of the following sausages: Bird (blend of turkey and duck); Cali (spicy beef and pork mix); Deli (all-beef Kosher style); Porker (juicy pork with French spices); or the Stadium (Fraser's take on the traditional ballpark dog). If you're a vegetarian, you can have the carrot dog transformed into a corn dog. 6333 W. 3rd Street, Stall #742, Los Angeles, (323) 936-9436, fritzidog.com.
