Zagat announces 30 Under 30: young and hungry in L.A.
Restaurant guide Zagat announces its 30 Under 30 for Los Angeles -- standout restaurant industry professionals who have yet to hit three-oh. The list include bartenders, baristas, managers, chefs, restaurateurs and entrepreneurs.
The youngest on this year’s list is 15 years old -- a teenager running his own pop-up and cooking at top kitchens across the country). Others include a barista champion, beer pro, apron designer and cotton candy maker.
The honorees were all nominated by their peers, Zagat notes.
