Kristen Wagner scored the go-ahead goal with 1:45 remaining to lift Villa Park (6-1) to the title.

Los Alamitos (6-1) has now lost the tournament’s championship game three consecutive years, the previous two losses coming to Upland. Villa Park goalie Kristen Davis was named the tournament’s most valuable player.

Meghan Corso had seven goals, two assists and two steals and Sara Gralitzer made 14 saves in goal to lead Agoura (6-1).

Jenna Grossman scored the go-ahead goal with 1:28 left in overtime to give her three goals in the game. Meghan Corso added four goals and Sara Gralitzer had 20 saves for Agoura (5-1). Jenna Schuster had six goals to lead Upland.

Sisters Chelsea and Dani Curren led Ayala with three goals each. Jessica Coy led Temple City (0-1) with four goals. Goalkeeper Sharon Rich stopped three shots for Ayala (2-1).

Garden Grove 3, Orange 2
Samantha Lane’s goal with 2:12 remaining in the second quarter was her second of the game and the third for Garden Grove. Garden Grove withstood two goals by Orange’s Sam Simmons to hang on for the win. Garden Grove (4-2) junior goalkeeper C.J. Longeuay, a three-year starter, made six of her 10 saves in the second half. Christina Campisi also scored for Garden Grove. Goalkeeper Allison Johnson made three saves for Orange.

Lakewood St. Joseph 9, Hacienda Heights Wilson 4
Erin Schaadt scored five goals for St. Joseph (6-1). Kim Romero had three goals and Erin Brown had four assists.Samantha Rodriguez scored two goals for Wilson (1-2).

Five different players scored two goals each for host Mater Dei (1-1). Goalkeeper Kimberly Fayerf had eight saves for Garden Grove Pacifica (1-5).

Amanda Flores had three goals and Lauren Briskin added two goals to lead host Mira Costa (3-3), which outscored Harvard-Westlake, 2-0, in the fourth quarter. Meredith Butte and Tracey Carothers each scored two goals and Devon MacLaughlin added another for Harvard-Westlake, which had goalkeeper Denise Hasson make nine saves.

Meghan Corso scored six goals, followed by Jillian Waldron, Cassie Cohen, Casey Flacks and Emily Schmachtenberger with two goals each for Agoura (2-0). Cohen and Flacks also had two assists each. Agoura goalkeeper Sara Gralitzer made 10 saves.

Erin Hill had three goals and Kelsey Rodgers made 17 saves for Canyon (1-1). Lauryn Hahn had three goals for Tesoro (0-1).

El Rancho 11, Riverside Poly 9
Senior driver Christina Edwards had seven goals, including four in the second half, to help El Rancho (3-0) break a 4-4 halftime tie in a victory over visiting Riverside Poly (0-1).

Sharayah Hernandez added three goals for the Dons, and Samantha Greenwalt scored twice to lead Riverside Poly.

El Segundo 7, Louisville 5
Sophomore Coral Kemp scored three goals for El Segundo (4-2), and senior Caitlin Heck added two goals. El Segundo goalkeeper Markayla Quane made 12 saves. Louisville (2-2) trailed, 7-3, going into the fourth quarter and scored three goals in the final 1:30.

Fountain Valley 8, Mater Dei 4
Stacie Erickson had five of Fountain Valley’s eight goals. Fountain Valley improved to 2-1. Host Mater Dei fell to 0-1.
