AFC notes: Cleveland Browns call on Johnny Manziel to make another start

Baltimore: The Ravens are first team in NFL history to have their first 12 games decided by eight points or fewer. Their eight losses are by total of 34 points.

Buffalo: Running back LeSean McCoy, the all-time leading rusher in Eagles history, will face his former team for the first time since he was traded to the Bills.

Cincinnati: Bengals can clinch second AFC North title in three seasons with a victory over the Steelers. Cincinnati has allowed the fewest points in the league (196).

Cleveland: Johnny Manziel will make his fourth start of the season and will face the 49ers. The Browns have changed quarterbacks six times this season.

Denver: Gary Kubiak’s 10 wins put him in a tie with Dan Reeves (1981) for the second-most by a first-year Broncos coach. Red Miller had the most — 12 wins in 1977.

Houston: Defensive tackle Vince Wilfork spent 11 years with the Patriots. Tight end Ryan Griffin has a touchdown catch in each of his last two games.

Indianapolis: The Colts have won six consecutive games against the Jaguars. Adam Vinatieri needs one field goal to pass Jason Hanson (495) for third all-time.

Jacksonville: Allen Robinson is the Jaguars’ first 1,000-yard receiver since 2005. Robinson also has franchise record for touchdown catches (11) in a season.

Kansas City: The Chiefs have outscored their opponents by 113 points over the last six games. Kansas City is plus-13 in turnovers, second only to Carolina (plus-14).

Miami: Reshad Jones has 107 tackles to lead all NFL defensive backs. He is the first Dolphin to have at least 100 tackles, four interceptions and two sacks.

New England: Tom Brady has thrown three or more touchdown passes in six of 11 games this year. The Patriots are 52-19 in December since 2001.

N.Y. Jets: Cornerback Darrelle Revis said he expects to play this week against the Titans after sitting out the last two games because of a concussion.

Oakland: Quarterback Derek Carr needs 93 yards passing to surpass his rookie total of 3,270. Safety Charles Woodson has three interceptions against Denver.

Pittsburgh: Steelers haven’t been swept in a season series with the Bengals since 2009. Pittsburgh has won its last eight games in December.

San Diego: Philip Rivers has 275 touchdown passes, tied with Vinny Testaverde for 11th in NFL history. He leads the league in comple- tions.

Tennessee: Rookie receiver Dorial Green-Beckham had a career-high 119 yards receiving against the Jaguars, including a 47-yard touchdown.
