Part of Panevino’s “Blood and Guts”- themed 2015 Halloween cocktail menu, available throughout the month of October for $12.

In a shaker tin with ice, combine:

1 1/2 oz. Death’s Door vodka
1/2 oz. Aperol
1/2 oz. Chambord
A hearty spoonful of macerated raspberries

Top with fresh-squeezed pink grapefruit juice

Shake. Pour contents into a chimney glass. Garnish with raspberries.
