Airline fees: An item in the Travel Briefcase column in the Nov. 5 Section A about an increase in revenue from airline passenger fees said that the travel website Orbitz offers a $50 deal that lets travelers check two bags free of charge and sit in roomier seats near the front of the plane. The offer is available only on flights with Frontier Airlines.

UCLA basketball: An article in the Nov. 7 Sports section about the upcoming season opener for UCLA basketball said that the Bruins’ Shabazz Muhammad would be allowed to participate in games and practices during a 45-day window in which the NCAA was investigating his eligibility. Muhammad can practice with the team during this period, but he is not allowed to play in games until the NCAA clears him for participation.

Fresno shooting: An article in the Nov. 7 LATExtra section about a workplace shooting in Fresno said that the suspect, Lawrence Jones, had been sentenced to 13 years for robbery with use of a firearm in Fremont County. The 1995 sentence was in the city of Fremont in Alameda County.

Ballot measures: An article in the Nov. 7 Section A about the voting on statewide ballot propositions said that more than $500,000 was expected to have been spent in California in this election. The correct figure is $500 million.

Dianne Feinstein: An article in the Nov. 7 Section A about U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s reelection gave her age as 78. The San Francisco Democrat is 79.
