Afghanistan complex: In the Nov. 14 Section A, an article about an independent federal watchdog’s accusation that the U.S. Army in Afghanistan allowed a blacklisted Afghan contractor access to the Parwan Justice Center complex in November 2012 said that the company’s employees had access to a prison where the U.S. then held insurgents and accused terrorists. The U.S. military says that the employees had access to the complex but not the prison.

Money Makeover: An article in the Dec. 1 Business section in which a couple’s finances were analyzed by a fee-only financial planner said the husband and wife lived in South Pasadena. Their home is in Los Angeles.

Wrongful-death suit: An article in the Dec. 3 LATExtra section about a federal appeals court reviving a lawsuit against San Diego County over a shooting by sheriff’s deputies referred to Judge Johnnie B. Rawlinson’s opinion as “his” dissent. Rawlinson is female.

Kentucky Senate race: An article in the Dec. 4 Section A about the 2014 U.S. Senate race in Kentucky said that Democratic candidate Alison Lundergan Grimes gave her first sit-down interview to Elle magazine. Grimes’ first sit-down interview was with Politico.

UCLA report: An index item in the Dec. 4 Business section said that an article about a UCLA economic report could be found on Page B2. The article did not appear that day; it was published in the Dec. 5 edition.
