Two Fresno men charged in sex trafficking case
Two Fresno men have been charged with sex trafficking two underage females, federal authorities said Thursday.
Anthony Andrade, 33, and Javier Solis, 28, are accused of forcing the 15-year-old and 17-year-old victims to prostitute themselves in Fresno and San Luis Obispo, according to court documents.
Federal authorities said the younger victim was taken to a tattoo parlor and had “Dove” and “Joker” etched onto her shoulders. Those are allegedly the nicknames used by Andrade and Solis, according to authorities.
The suspected prostitution took place in September and October. The men were arrested after the 17-year-old, who was a runaway, spoke to Fresno police after her mother brought her home, federal authorities said.
She told police that the 15-year-old was at a motel in San Luis Obispo with Andrade and Solis.
