Police say a woman in a stolen SUV hit two pedestrians — leaving one with life-threatening injuries — and struck several cars Thursday afternoon during a wild chase through San Francisco neighborhoods.

The San Francisco Chronicle says the Kia SUV was driven onto a sidewalk and struck a pedestrian near the Tenderloin police station.

Video from the scene shows a dozen officers swarming the vehicle, which reverses and hits another pedestrian before smashing into a parked car and speeding away.
