Two Fountain Valley brothers were arrested last week on suspicion of selling marijuana as police confiscated about 12.5 pounds of the drug from a home the brothers were in.

Fountain Valley police and Orange County probation officers performed a probation search at about 7:45 a.m. Wednesday at a home in the area of San Jacinto Street and Mayflower Circle, police said.

Officers said they found Eric Herrera, 22, the target of the search, inside the home with marijuana and a large amount of money in his possession. Police said officials searched the home further and found his brother David Herrera, 20, with marijuana, money and two loaded firearms in his possession.
