Baseball: VIBL playoffs begin next weekend
The Valley Invitational Baseball League will begin its summer playoffs next Saturday, July 9.
The 14-team bracket will have its championships on July 16 at 7 p.m. at Burbank Burroughs.
In the latest standings, Woodland Hills West, made up of players from two-time defending City Section champion El Camino Real, is 11-2. Hart is 12-3.
