They don’t just like high school football in Texas. They love it.
According to Dallasnews.com, total attendance for the Class A six-man through 6A games played Wednesday through Saturday at AT&T Stadium was 245,913.
In contrast, attendance for three games in Sacramento on Saturday for the CIF state bowl games was 9,423.
OK, we have a lot more things to do in California, like go holiday shopping or watch Rogue One.
But kudos to those in Texas for loving their high school football teams.
