Track & Field: Godin wins 200 at state prelims

Curtis Godin of Mater Dei ran the 200 in 20.93 to post the fastest qualifying time at today’s state prelims in Clovis. Michael Norman of Vista Murrieta was second in 21.14 and TJ Brock of Chaminade was fourth in 21.18.

Ariana Washington was the top qualifier in the girls 200 in 23.26, her personal best this season. She will try for her third state title in the finals Saturday.
