Update: Chivas USA, which has scored seven goals in its last eight games, is coming off a 1-0 loss to the L.A. Galaxy. Defenders Michael Lahoud and Jimmy Conrad are listed as doubtful because of concussions. Chivas and Columbus last met at the Home Depot Center in April and finished in a scoreless tie. Columbus forward Emilio Renteria, the Crew’s leading scorer with four goals, left the Crew’s last game with a quad strain and is expected to miss Saturday’s game. The Crew is scoreless in two straight matches, both road losses. Neither team has won on the road in this series since 2005.
