Update: The Galaxy is expected to be without stars David Beckham, Landon Donovan and a few others (Omar Gonzalez, Todd Dunivant, Josh Saunders and Mike Magee) in its regular-season finale, a wise move since the team has nothing to gain with home-field advantage throughout the playoffs already in hand. The Dynamo needs this win, though, to avoid a wild-card playoff game and secure a spot in the conference semifinals.
