Update: The Nuggets lead the NBA in scoring (105.8 points a game) and are 7-2 at home. That doesn’t bode well for the Clippers, who are 1-4 on the road and are a middle-of-the-road defensive team, giving up 95.8 points. The Nuggets have six players averaging double-digit points, led by forward Danilo Gallinari (17.9). Clippers guard Chris Paul is the only player in the NBA averaging at least 16 points, eight assists and two steals. In the five games since his return from a sore right foot, Clippers guard Mo Williams is averaging 22.2 points and is shooting 54.2% from three-point range.
