Aaron Donald apparently likes to stay active long after Rams practices.
Defensive end Eugene Sims, Donald’s training camp roommate, said the two-time Pro Bowl tackle challenged him to a wrestling match in their dorm room for fun.
Donald is 6-foot-1 and 285 pounds, Sims 6-6, 269.
“We went at it for 2.5 seconds,” Sims said, laughing.
The match didn’t last long for fear of having to tell Coach Jeff Fisher or defensive line coach Mike Waufle if one or both broke a toe, Sims said.
Donald’s competitive instinct never stops, Sims said.
“Every night,” he said, “it’s something.”
