Monday’s bowl game

Miami Beach: Tulsa (9-3) vs. Central Michigan (6-6), at Miami, 11:30 a.m., ESPN — Tulsa’s only losses were to Ohio State, 48-3, Houston, 38-31, and Navy, 42-40. The Golden Hurricane are sixth in the nation in total offense, averaging 522.5 yards per game. Quarterback Dane Evans has passed for 3,044 yards and 27 touchdowns, and James Flanders has reached triple digits in rushing in seven of the last nine games. Central Michigan lost four of its last five games and running back Devon Spalding has a banged-up shoulder. However, the Chippewas do have an early-season win over Oklahoma State to their credit. The pick: Tulsa, 40-28.
