An L.A.-bound JetBlue flight from New York was forced to make an emergency landing in Denver this week when a Chicago man allegedly groped a pregnant woman, then refused to follow crew instructions. Authorities say the 32-year-old was intoxicated and groped the woman as he waited for the bathroom while on the flight . . . . The number of people taking trips of 50 miles or more over Labor Day weekend will increase to 33 million from 32.1 million last year, AAA says in its annual forecast. That’s the most since a record 45.1-million travelers four years ago. The number of air travelers during the holiday will rise 3.7%, from 2.46 million a year ago to 2.55 million a year ago, according to AAA . . . . The family of a New York teen swept out to sea while hiking in Hawaii has filed a wrongful-death lawsuit. The death of Tyler Madoff, 15, was caused by the tour guides’ “outrageously reckless and irresponsible decision” to lead the group from the “safety of the bay to the treacherous lava rock area,” according to the lawsuit. . . .
