Big Bear: Low-cost ski and lodging packages on sale
Ski season is still months away, but Big Bear is making it easy for schussers and shredders to plan a winter vacation by putting its bundled lodge-and-lift packages on sale now.
The packages include discounted accommodations at one of Big Bear‘s participating lodges, such as the Hillcrest Lodge and Grey Squirrel Resort, combined with an all-day interchangeable lift ticket good for both Snow Summit and Bear Mountain. Also included is free shuttle service between the two ski areas.
The lift-and-lodging packages start as low as $69 per person, per night midweek, and $89 per person, per night, on the weekend. The rate is based on double occupancy and is subject to availability.
The discounted packages are good for any day of the week, with check-in dates beginning Jan. 6. Lift-and-lodging packages are not valid during holiday periods. A two-night stay (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) for weekend packages is required. Other restrictions may apply.
