Johnny Manziel and ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley were in the same Miami nightclub at the same time on Sunday, according to multiple media reports, and now authorities are looking into the matter to determine if the terms of the agreement to dismiss his domestic violence charge were violated.

Manziel had been accused of hitting and threatening Crowley in January 2015. The misdemeanor assault charge carried a penalty of up to a year in jail and a $4,000 fine, but the former Cleveland Browns and Texas A&M Aggies quarterback reached a conditional dismissal agreement with prosecutors last month.

One of the conditions of the agreement was that Manziel would not have any contact with Crowley for a year, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. Since each of them reportedly posted on Snapchat that they were at LIV nightclub on Sunday night, the Dallas County District Attorney’s office will look into the matter.

“We have been made aware of recent developments and prosecutors are currently reviewing the information and case to ensure that [Manziel] is compliant with his terms,” Brittany Dunn, director of communications for the Dallas County D.A.’s office, said in a statement.

On Monday, Manziel wrote on Snapchat: “She knows LIV on Sunday is church! Pfff surprised she was even able to get in without me,” according to TMZ.
