Singer Sheena Easton married Hollywood agent Rob Light in a weekend interfaith ceremony at the Biltmore Hotel, the singer’s publicist said.
About 200 family members and friends, including the bride’s mother, Nan Orr, who came from London, attended the 20-minute ceremony Saturday, officiated by a rabbi and a minister, said Beverly Magid of the Solters Roskin Friedman publicity firm.
It was the second wedding for the Scottish-born singer, 25, and the first for Light, 27. They met about three years ago, Magid said.
The maid of honor was Easton’s manager and close friend, Harriet Wasserman.
Easton, who recently completed a tour of the United States and Japan, received Grammy nominations last week for her hits “Strut” and “Me Gustas Tal Como Eres,” a duet with Luis Miguel.
